Housekeeping Supervisor

General Responsibilities: - Handle housekeeping issues reported by staff. - Assist the Housekeeping Manager in leading small teams and ensuring required tasks are covered. - Train and develop housekeeping staff. - Create housekeeping schedules. - Liaise with other departments such as Front Desk and Maintenance to solve issues. - Ensure housekeeping time is properly recorded. - Clean condominiums, apartments, and houses for guest stays. - Make beds for in-house guests and new arrivals. - Replenish guest amenities in rooms and public areas. - Report maintenance issues and receive supply deliveries. - Assist guests when necessary and perform other general tasks in the hotel and business.
Salary¥4,300,000 to ¥4,800,000, paid monthly with two annual bonuses. An additional temporary bonus of +¥200 per hour will be available from December 2023 to March 2024.

Experience in a leadership role is desirable.

Strong attention to detail.
Intermediate Japanese language skills are required; English language skills are a plus.

Must have Japanese citizenship, Permanent Residence, or a spouse visa (no visa sponsorship is available).
